Cheera Thoran

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time 15 minutes
Serves 2










Ingredients:

2 cups frozen spinach
1 small onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard
3 dried red chillies
curry leaves
salt to taste
oil

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, red chillies, curry leaves and let it crackle. Add onions, salt and saute until it turns pink. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute until the raw smell goes. Add spinach. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
