Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
8 - 10 juice oranges
1/2 lemon
1/2 inch piece of ginger
3 - 4 mint leaves
sugar (optional)
Method:
Squeeze the oranges and lemon. Grind ginger to a smooth paste. Crush mint with hand. Mix freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, ginger paste and mint. Strain it and serve cold.
