Garlic Chutney

Here I am with one of my favorite chutneys. Don't get scared by the amount of oil you see in there. I usually make this chutney when I am in mood to take olive/flax seed oil in its original form.

Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves 4





Ingredients:

20 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 - 3 tablespoon olive/ flax seed oil
salt to taste

Method:

Crush garlic using a mortar. Add chilli powder and one 2 teaspoon of oil. Mix it well and microwave for 5 mins. This shud make the garlic soft. Add the remaining oil. Rest it for 10 - 15 mins and serve.
